If you believe in God and general Christianity as a whole then I wouldn't bother with it.
My cousins had a session a few years back after we had sadly had a few deaths in the family and some of the info the woman came out with was too close to just be made up.
I think it's legit but wouldn't get involved with it myself.

Do dreams come true? I did not believe this until I dreamed that I bought my mother a mandolin, an instrument she used to play when younger. Then a few months later when it was her birthday I did buy her a mandolin.

I remember coming across some ad for a 'Spiritual Medium's Conference'. It made me wonder whether in the bar later they all admitted that they were phoney and ripping desperate people off.
Saying that, my cousin went to one and was told about a broach she'd been left by her Aunty Vi, and Aunty Vi said through the medium that if she looked closely she would see that, by unclipping some clip, it would turn into a necklace. She dug it out when she got home, and indeed it did.
I also went to a palmist in Blackpool when I was sixteen, and she took one look at me and said that my life will be full of disappointment and sadness. I replied "you can tell that from my hand", to which she replied 'No, I can tell from that West Ham shirt that you're wearing'.
Spot on she was, too.

It is basically entertainment for the gullible, although i have seen two of my own family who both had readings one from a British medium and one from a Turkish coffee cup that absolutely spooked them out, as several things they felt no one else could possibly know were told to them.

Dismissing it as 'entertainment for the gullible' is a very generous comment.
I would say that mediums are evil fucking cunts and emotional rapists and deserve a bullet through the head, well perhaps not a bullet, but a very strongly worded letter.
Also, referring to people who use mediums as gullible may be in some case true but a lot of people use them because they are grieving and helpless and need help.
They are the lowest scum of humanity and they dress it up in benevolence and love. They should be prosecuted as frauds and sent down with the kiddie fiddlers and rapists.

Seen a few in my time, Tarots, mystics etc
Just purely for my own interest, just to see if theres any truth or meaning and theres never been anything apart from this one woman who did physic drawings.
I didn't have to tell her anything at all, she just drew 3 drawings of 'Spirit guides' and they were all spot on with my character especially the one that looked like my sister, she said my mum had a miscarriage and this sister was in the spirit world, of course i never knew that or did anyone else.
I asked my mum at the time and she said she didn't know but she came into my room later in tears and said she'd had a stomach ache and lost a baby before i was born!
Was it a guess, luck, i didn't know but she pretty much nailed what she told me.
Since my brother, mum and dad have passed away these last few years i haven't been to any, I'm not interested in messages from them etc
